Registering is easy. Simply mail in a completed registration form by January 13, register online by January 16, or enter on race day at Coachman Park.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds, transfers or credits, unless you register by September 20, AND notify the race director of your withdrawal by e-mail at least two weeks prior to your race. There are NO transfers to other athletes. ALL refunds from ALL races will be issued at the same time – after our Florida Beach Halfathon, on or about April 1, 2013.

USATF Sanctioned
All our races are sanctioned and insured through USATF for runners, joggers, and walkers ONLY. Strollers, skaters, skateboards and bicycles are NOT allowed on the course during our races.

Onliine Confirmation
Online confirmation is updated frequently. Athletes who register online receive immediate confirmation via Active.com's auto-responder. Athletes who register by mail, your cancelled check will serve as your confirmation. Athletes are not sent confirmation via regular mail.

Please include your e-mail address so we can forward race updates to you. E-mail is our primary source of communication with our athletes. Please add FLRoadRaces@aol.com to your address book, so that our updates do not get trapped in your spam filters.

International Participants
Canadians may register online or by printing the entry form above, with check payable in U.S. Dollars. All other international participants MUST register online after using a major credit card. International participants requiring invitations to secure visas must request letter by October 1. You must include in your request your full mailing address as well as the address of the U.S. Consulate in your area. Letters of invitation will be sent by mail only.
